Dr. Bonnie Keys graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics.  Her interest in the human body and desire to help people in a natural, drug free environment led her to a career in chiropractic.  She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto with honors in academic and clinical studies.  Currently Dr. Keys is a member of the CCA, CCO, OCA and a supporter of CMCC.

Dr. Keys has been practicing chiropractic in Guelph since 1989.  Since 1991 she has been running a multidisciplinary clinic in South City Center.  Dr. Keys practices full spine diversified technique, extremity and peripheral joint manipulation/mobilization, activator technique, myofascial and soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription and therapeutic modalities including interferential current, ultrasound and laser. 


She is continually taking courses related to chiropractic, sports rehabilitation and nutrition.  Dr. Keys feels it is important to take a holistic approach with patient treatment and believes the natural approach of chiropractic helps patients of all ages reach optimum wellness, both physically and mentally.

When not treating patients, Dr. Keys enjoys maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.  She enjoys spending time with her two boys and has been a big supporter of their sports both on and off the field.  She can be found regularly working out at a local gym or out walking and enjoys most sports from downhill skiing, biking, volleyball to hiking and snorkeling .  To relax she spends time gardening, cooking and reading.

Dr. Ada Law obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science at the University of Toronto.  Further interest in conservative health care motivated her to pursue a career in chiropractic. She graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.

She has been practicing chiropractic in Guelph from the time she was licensed with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario in 2001. As a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Ontario Chiropractic Association, Dr. Law practices diversified chiropractic with techniques that include manual spinal and peripheral joint adjustment, drop table techniques, activator techniques, myofascial and other soft tissue techniques, gait analysis and custom orthotics, taping and bracing, exercise rehabilitation, and therapeutic modalities.

Since 2001, Dr. Law has also been practicing needle and electro acupuncture along with acupressure. She is a member of the Acupuncture Council of Ontario.

Committed to her patients and profession, Dr. Law is constantly upgrading her skills and knowledge at continuing education courses in chiropractic, acupuncture, rehabilitation, gait and orthotic therapy, and health care in general.

In her free time, Dr. Law enjoys an active lifestyle that includes various outdoor sports and gym training, reading, and living life to the fullest with her family and friends.

Tiina Remillard obtained her Bachelor of Physical Education at Brock University.  She graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist from the Alexandrian Institute Massage Therapy School in Hamilton.  Tiina is a registered massage therapist and has been a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 1999. 

Tiina has been a part of this multidisciplinary clinic in Guelph since she began her massage therapy career.  She is continuously furthering her education and has taken specialty courses in Esalen deep tissue massage, reflexology and Indian head massage.  Tiina is trained in a number of massage techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and pre-natal massage. 

During her time away from work, Tiina enjoys spending time with her family, friends, dog and cat.  She is a very active individual who likes to run, workout, and skate and live a happy, healthy lifestyle.

​​​​Cindy Millar has worked as the office manager since 2005 and was a patient of Dr. Keys prior to being employed in this office. She has worked in the health care field since the year 2000 and enjoys getting to know the patients and providing a helpful and comforting environment and meeting the needs of the patients. 


Prior to working in the health care field she was a receptionist at a CA firm after attending a secretarial program at Mohawk college and after her first child was born chose to be a stay at home mom for 15 years and provided daycare to several little people over the years before re entering the workforce. After a few years in the insurance field an opening became available in healthcare, which was her passion to begin with.


Outside of the office Cindy enjoys spending quality time with her husband, 2 married daughters and 7 beautiful grandchildren, and her 2 crazy cats. She also is very passionate about fundraising for some very important causes, especially women's cancers and Alzheimer's.
